2) Uninstall IIS
3) Reinstall IIS

• ถอน Windows Process Activation Service ออก แล้วลง IIS ใหม่ ใช้ได้เลยดีจัง
• เอ้ มีการลง Windows Process Activation Service ให้เราใหม่ด้วยแฮะ ^^'
