How to config thai language for Gedit on Ubuntu 13.10

ปัญหาดังภาพ

• แต่ก่อนใช้ gconf-editor เพิ่ม encoding TIS-620 ได้ เลย แต่ 13.10 ไม่มี gconf-editor ให้เราใช้
• เลยต้องใช้ dconf-editor แทน

Solved

sudo dconf-editor
org => gnome => gedit => preferences => encodings
ที่ autodetected เพิ่ม TIS-620 ต่อหลัง UTF-8

 และ reboot สัก 1 รอบน่าจะแก้ได้แล้ว
